Programs
Self-paced online programs are currently in development.
These programs will not require face to face or zoom attendance, and you are able to progress through the program at your own pace. Video content will be presented in place of live lectures/workshop mode delivery. Homework and assessment tasks will also be delivered as part of the programs as required.
Programs that will be developed for online delivery include:
- Introduction to Mental Health
- Introduction to the principles of psychology
- Understanding Personality and Temperament
- Overcoming negative thoughts
- Goal setting, planning and working with values
