Cancellations and Transfers

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course starts will forfeit 20% of the course fee. Cancellations or transfers made between 7 and 13 days prior will incur a 50% forfeiture of the course fee.
• Transfers to a different course type or date must be made more than 14 days before the course begins.
• Cancellations or transfers within 7 days of the course start date cannot be processed and will result in a 100% forfeiture of the course fee.
• If the Institute of Psychology cancels a course, a full refund will be issued. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred.
• Zoom classes may be recorded for participants who cannot attend. By enrolling, you consent to being recorded for this purpose.
• Participant substitutions can be made at any time.

Customised Courses and Courses for Teams

• Terms and conditions for customised courses or courses for teams will be agreed upon on a per-contract basis in consultation with your organisation.  Please consult your organisation directly for information regarding your enrolment. 

Conditions of Enrolment

• You acknowledge and voluntarily accept all inherent risks associated with the course.
• You indemnify us against any legitimate claims, costs, or damages arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Participants may not record any part of the course or distribute any course content without prior written consent from the Institute of Psychology and Wellbeing. All course materials are protected by copyright and are owned by the Institute.
